Job summary

Dover Precision Components is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the Bearings Plus brand based in the Pearland/South Houston area. You will manage and grow key customer accounts, lead technical conversations on repairs and upgrades, and collaborate with engineering and inside sales to deliver quotes and service excellence.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial sales, knowledge of bearings and rotating equipment, and frequent customer visits in Houston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or related sales experience.
• 3+ years’ outside industrial sales experience in bearings/oil and gas.
• Project management experience in related field.
• Ability to visit customer facilities 4 days a week in Houston area.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret sales drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer accounts in the Greater Houston area.
• Collaborate with engineering and inside sales to generate quotes.
• Process P.O.s and formalize in ERP with inside sales.
• Serve as liaison between customer and operations and update progress.
• Suggest product or service enhancements to increase sales.
