POSITION SUMMARY

Future Homes of America is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations across multiple retail locations. This role is responsible for executing sales strategies, supporting local teams, and ensuring regional performance aligns with company goals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a strong background in retail or housing sales, multi-location oversight, and a passion for delivering affordable homeownership solutions.

OBJECTIVES

-Lead and oversee the sales performance of multiple retail locations within the assigned region.

-Set and track sales goals in alignment with company targets and local market opportunities.

-Support store teams with coaching, training, and tools to strengthen sales capabilities.

-Conduct regular site visits to assess team dynamics, customer interactions, and sales environments.

-Collaborate with marketing and leadership to execute campaigns and promotions regionally.

-Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

-Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales professionals across the region.

-Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience is delivered at every touchpoint.

-Manage regional sales forecasting, reporting, and budget adherence.

-Foster a results-driven and collaborative culture among all sales locations.

COMPETENCIES

-Demonstrated success in regional or multi-unit sales leadership, preferably in retail or residential housing.

-Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.

-Excellent communication skills with a focus on building trust and alignment.

-Strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute under pressure.

-Proficient in interpreting sales data and applying insights to drive performance.

-High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

-Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

-Familiarity with CRMs, POS systems, and performance management tools.

-Customer-first mentality with a commitment to quality service.

-Willingness to travel frequently to oversee and support regional locations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3-5 years work experience in construction or related industry
  • At least 1 year in a management position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds occasionally.
