Washington (Seattle) or Oregon (Portland)

Immediate opening for a remote Regional Sales Manager to cover the PacNW for a successful division of a $4B global manufacturer. Inherit an established territory ($2M+) with a focus on selling motors (5-2500 HP) to industrial end users and OEMs.

• 40+ year old business, acquired by multi-billion dollar organization 5+ years ago (great financial backing & momentum)
• Extensive industry applications with lots of potential to grow: Heavy Industrial, Agriculture, Irrigation, Food, Construction, Metals, Utilities and more.
• Up to 50% regional travel (WA, OR, Northern CA) and 6+ trade shows a year.
• Stable leadership (hands-off, looking for capable sales leader who will work independently)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive outside sales of industrial motors and related services within the assigned territory (5 HP up to 2500 Horsepower)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Collaborate with internal teams on bid preparation and submission, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial motor sales and account management experience
• Technical aptitude in electrical and mechanical systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms
• Willing and able to travel 50%+ within the territory (WA, OR, Northern CA) + trade shows
