Our client is seeking a Hydraulic Regional Sales Manager for the North Central Region, covering the states of MN, ND, SD, KS, NE. Join a leader in the mobile hydraulics industry, offering high-quality hydraulic components and electrical control products. A competitive compensation and benefits package is available.

Territory: MN, ND, SD, KS, NE (Candidates may reside in any of these states).

Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate and develop business opportunities for hydraulic system components.
  2. Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base to meet or exceed sales goals.
  3. Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers to increase loyalty and market share.
  4. Conduct market research to gather customer insights and feedback on competitors' products.
  5. Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and outreach.
  6. Use strategic selling to engage customers and provide custom solutions to enhance their performance.
  7. Document interactions and activities in the CRM system to meet KPIs for calls, visits, and customer engagement.
  8. Represent the company at industry trade shows, build relationships, and expand business opportunities.
  9. Manage sales activities efficiently, including travel expenses, within company budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; B.A. degrees considered, especially with a technical background.
  • At least 5 years of technical product sales experience, with a proven record working with distributors and OEMs.
  • Experience in hydraulic sales within a fluid power manufacturer or distributor is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%, including some overnight stays.
