Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Location: Southern Florida (Remote, with regional travel)

About the Role:

• Home-based position with regional travel to clients and the Pittsburgh head office.
• Maximize engagement with End Users, System Integrators, and engineering firms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and territory management, ensuring pull-through from End Users.
• Providing troubleshooting and technical solutions for clients.
• Implementing the Challenger sales methodology.
• Conducting technical sales presentations (e.g., Lunch & Learns).
• Understanding and communicating sales objectives with leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of building automation/HVAC controls sales experience with a leading OEM or regional/national distributor.
• College degree in Engineering or a Business-related field.
• Self-starter with the ability to sell independently and minimal oversight.
• Possess a "hunter" mentality and "road warrior" spirit.
• Embrace new technologies, philosophies, and implementations in the sales process.
