Candidate MUST reside in the North East United States.

Job Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will drive growth in the Northeast US and Canadian markets by promoting Hexagon’s solutions in Sheet Metal Fabrication and CAD/CAM technologies. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, building trust.
  • Leverage expertise in Sheet Metal Fabrication and CAD/CAM software to provide solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies.
  • Report on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven sales experience in manufacturing or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication and/or CAD/CAM software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a large territory and travel (up to 50%).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Network within Northeast US or Canadian manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience with Hexagon’s solutions or similar technologies.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., French).
