We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Central U.S. (TX or IL ideal locations).
This position will be responsible for overseeing the assigned region in relation to sales goals, revenue budget, strategic planning and market share growth. Directs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual field sales representatives' performance activities. Serve as a resource in the field for sales team to train, coach, and lead sales region. Provides support through in-services and assists in trouble shooting as needed. Promotes teamwork to instill accountability to sales performance goals and responsibility to meet/exceed sales goals and objectives.
