Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience training, developing, and managing a national distribution network.
• Experience presenting to consulting engineers and equipment operators.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent sales representative network and drive market growth.
• Set territory sales goals and support them via trade shows and site visits.
• Provide materials, training, and data to customers, reps, and internal teams.
• Travel to customer sites and participate in company meetings.
• Maintain CRM activity and timely expense reporting.
