Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC is looking for an energetic Regional Sales Manager to cultivate relationships with school districts and explore new market segments. This position offers uncapped commissions and a competitive base salary along with comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and 401(k) plan.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work from home effectively while excelling in team collaboration. Candidates from Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and proven entrepreneurial know-how.
• Candidates should ideally reside in the Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus areas.
• Ability to travel within the territory as needed, including 2–3 overnight stays per week.
