Job summary

Carrier is seeking a District Manager for the Arizona area to drive sales for Channel Partners and exceed sales goals. This role includes providing sales expertise and applying strong product knowledge to partners. Responsibilities involve regular travel to support customers, conducting business reviews, and maintaining up-to-date information in Salesforce.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 4+ years in sales within technical industries, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position has a remote working option.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience selling in the Fire Alarm Industry, Enterprise Security, or Technical Industry.
• Ability to present products and codes effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales expertise to support Channel Partner growth.
• Forecast and schedule revenue using known opportunities.
• Update Salesforce with current status of accounts, leads, and opportunities.
• Evaluate Channel Partner progress against assigned quotas.
