Job summary

Fieldpiece is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to own and grow the Arizona and Nevada sales territory. This remote, field-based role requires travel and strong relationship-building with distributors, contractors, educators, and HVACR professionals to drive product awareness and sales growth.

You will inherit a solid customer base but must identify new opportunities, expand relationships, and deliver training and demonstrations to accelerate Fieldpiece adoption across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in HVACR or related distributor networks.
• Proven ability to grow a territory.
• Strong presentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth and success of your assigned sales territory.
• Build relationships with distributors, contractors, educators, and key customers.
• Grow revenue by expanding existing business and developing new opportunities.
• Deliver product training and sales support to drive engagement.
• Develop territory plans and execute strategies.
• Manage your sales pipeline and CRM data.
