Job summary

Brother International Corporation is seeking a Manager, National Channel Sales to drive growth with key national channel partners in a remote field-based role across the Southwest region. You will translate regional strategies into action, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead strategic sales execution to expand hardware placements and strengthen partner engagement.

The role requires 7+ years in channel sales, strong relationship-building, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience with channel partners in a defined region.
• Experience in a client-facing role driving business through channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with partner sales managers and field managers to drive revenue in the Southwest region.
• Influence partner account teams to prioritize Brother solutions and drive joint sales calls.
• Collaborate with Major Account team on account mapping and customer engagement strategies.
• Expand hardware placements and protect supply with partner engagement and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Partner Experience to activate campaigns and incentives with measurable results.
• Maintain visibility into partner sales performance and provide monthly account results.
