Job summary

ABEC is seeking a remote Regional Sales Manager to drive top-line sales growth in the Service Business Unit. This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business within a defined geography.

Candidates must have a degree in Science, Engineering, or Business, and possess strong consultative sales skills along with experience in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The position offers a competitive compensation package including benefits and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Proven record of successful consultative sales experience.
• Three to five years’ experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge in engineering and manufacturing.
• Ability to travel 60% to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business of existing ABEC accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Exceed activity standards for prospecting and meetings.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through relationship building.
