Job summary

Sino Biological Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Regional Manager to lead regional sales across the Northeast, directing a team of account executives and inside sales professionals to achieve revenue growth and strategic objectives.

You will develop and execute regional sales plans, manage multi-site teams, analyze market trends, and maintain key accounts while driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Extensive travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and related field required; leadership experience preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing multi-site regional or territory teams.
• Proven success in achieving sales, operational and financial objectives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and manage a regional team of account executives and inside sales professionals.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to drive strategic decisions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with strategic accounts and industry partners.
• Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and performance reports to senior leadership.
• Serve as an escalation point for key customer concerns and issues.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and responsiveness throughout the region.
• Develop long-term customer retention and growth strategies.
