Link Snacks, Inc. is seeking a Region Manager to lead sales across PA, NY, NJ, MD, and DE, working remotely within the territory. You will drive revenue growth, build broker relationships, and utilize Power BI for performance tracking.

The role requires 5+ years in consumer products sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Significant travel is expected, with preference for candidates in or willing to relocate to the territory.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience with consumer products.
• Experience selling within the Convenience Channel of Trade preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; results-oriented.

Mansioni

• Establish, develop, and own business relationships.
• Manage territory results and performance through Power BI.
• Engage with customers via in-person calls and Teams.
• Present to existing and prospective customers.
• Create and manage sales plans for brokers and customers.
• Manage internal Trade Funding Tool.
• Build business reviews and sales presentations for brokers and distributors.
• Evaluate broker performance to meet sales, DMSP, and trade goals.
• Stay current with products, market conditions and promotions.
• Deliver sales goals and gross profit within the territory.
• Plan and execute at customer trade shows.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
