Jack Link’s is seeking a Region Manager to lead sales across PA, NY, NJ, MD, and DE, working remotely within the territory. You will drive revenue through direct and broker channels, develop business plans, and deliver competitive trade spending while maintaining up-to-date market insights.

The role requires travel and a strong, data-driven approach to achieve goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consumer products sales, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and excellent communication

Formación

• 5+ years of sales experience in consumer products.
• Experience selling within the Convenience Channel of Trade preferred.
• Consultative sales approach and problem-solving aptitude.
• Results-oriented with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, develop, and own business relationships in assigned region.
• Manage sales territory results and performance using Power BI.
• Engage with direct/indirect customers via in-person visits or Teams.
• Create and manage customer sales plans for brokers and customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market conditions, and promotional trends.
