Jack Link's Region Manager will oversee all activities in an assigned sales region, including direct/indirect accounts and broker networks, to maximize sales and profits across the Convenience Class of Trade. Territory includes PA, NY, NJ, MD and DE; remote within the territory, with preference for PA residents.

The role demands strong relationship management, data-driven decision making, and ability to travel extensively across the territory to drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of sales experience in consumer products.
• Experience selling within the Convenience Channel of Trade is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the sales district/market and familiarity with direct and indirect customers.
• Experience working with brokers and distributors in CPG food and beverage environment preferred.

• Establish, develop, and own business relationships.
• Manage sales territory results and performance through Power BI.
• Engage regularly with direct/indirect customers via in-person sales calls/Teams.
• Present to existing and prospective customers.
• Create and manage customer sales plans for brokers and customers.
