Jack Link’s Protein Snacks is seeking a Region Manager to lead sales across PA, NY, NJ, MD and DE. The role is remote within the territory, with preference for candidates in PA. You will drive relationships, plan, and present to customers, and manage broker networks to maximize sales and profitability.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5+ years in consumer products sales, and strong data-driven selling capabilities. Extensive travel is expected within the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience with consumer products.
• Experience selling within the Convenience Channel of Trade preferred.
• Proficiency in using data in customer presentations to further develop business.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, develop, and own business relationships.
• Manage sales territory results and performance through Power BI.
• Engage regularly with direct/indirect customers via in-person sales calls/Teams.
• Present to existing and prospective customers.
• Create and manage customer sales plans for existing brokers and customers ensuring all Link Snack’s DSMP guidelines are implemented.
• Deliver sales goals, trade spending and gross profit goals within the assigned territory.
