Job summary

Jack Link's is seeking a Region Manager to drive sales across PA, NY, NJ, MD and DE from a remote work setup within the territory. You will build and own relationships with direct and broker channels, implement DSMP guidelines, and report territory performance using Power BI.

The role requires strategic planning, frequent travel within the region, strong presentation skills, and a problem-solving mindset to exceed sales goals and profit targets while upholding Link Snacks' values and customer

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales experience with consumer products.
• Experience selling within the Convenience Channel of Trade preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to travel extensively and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and own business relationships.
• Manage sales territory results and performance through Power BI
• Engage regularly with direct/indirect customers via in-person sales calls/Teams
• Present to existing and prospective customers.
• Plan, execute, and sell in at customer trade shows.
• Deliver sales goals, trade spending and gross profit goals within the assigned territory.
• Keep current with products, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
