Jack Link’s is seeking a Region Manager to lead sales in PA, NY, NJ, MD and DE. You will manage direct and broker channels, travel extensively, and work remotely within the territory to maximize share and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consumer product sales and a track record of building strong retail relationships. You will use Power BI to monitor territory performance, develop customer plans, and present reviews to brokers and retailers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in consumer products.
• Experience selling in the Convenience Channel.
• Ability to present to customers and brokers.
• Proven problem-solving and consultative sales approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with data in presentations.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and own business relationships.
• Manage territory results via Power BI.
• Engage with customers via in-person and Teams.
• Present to existing and prospective customers.
• Create sales plans for brokers and customers.
• Manage internal Trade Funding Tool.
• Build business reviews for brokers and retailers.
• Evaluate broker performance to meet goals.
• Keep up with products, market and promotions.
• Deliver sales goals and trade spending.
• Plan and sell at customer trade shows.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
