Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a leader to manage a regional sales team across assigned districts. You will develop the regional sales plan, forecast budgets, and drive initiatives to exceed quotas while expanding customer relationships and promoting security solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales/marketing management, a track record of meeting high quotas, and experience in commercial electronic security solutions. Strong leadership and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years sales or marketing management experience.
• Proven track record in high sales quota attainment.
• Experience delivering commercial electronic security solutions.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Project and people management experience.
• Proficient with spreadsheet and presentation programs (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a regional sales team.
• Develop strategy and tactics to drive all sales within the region and branches.
• Forecast sales requirements and manage annual budget.
• Establish objectives and quotas to support national goals.
• Expand and maintain customer base and relationships with key accounts.
• Identify new product opportunities and promotions; monitor market trends.
• Plan and evaluate trade promotions and initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing education and networking.
• Achieve regional sales financial objectives and drive performance.
