Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a District Service Manager to lead a 35+ technician workforce across the service region. You will drive day-to-day service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage labor costs while growing revenue through strategic account management.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, maintaining safety and quality standards, and coordinating with Sales, Systems, and Support teams to achieve territory objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Electronic Security Industry Technical Service/installation
• 2+ years operations and people management experience
• experience managing a P&L and growing customer service base

Responsibilities

• Assure customer satisfaction levels across assigned territory.
• Manage workforce performance to meet goals and budgets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop technicians and subcontractors.
• Develop account strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance and maintain company assets.
