Job summary

Securitas Technology, a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and manage the sales team across the assigned geographic area. You will develop regional strategy, forecast revenue, set quotas, coach district reps, and expand the customer base while pursuing new product opportunities and trade promotions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales or marketing management, a BS/BA in Marketing or Business, and proven project and people

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience preferred; HS diploma required.
• Successful track record in sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Proven project and people management experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience; 5+ years outside sales preferred.
• Proficient in PC with spreadsheets and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team within the assigned geographic area.
• Develop regional strategy and tactics for all sales activities in the region.
• Forecast regional sales objectives and budgets; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Set regional quotas and support national objectives; build and maintain key customer relationships.
• Identify new market opportunities and track competitors; manage trade promotions.
