Job summary

Securitas Technology, a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions, seeks a District Installation Manager to lead field operations across the district. You will drive strategy, align sales, installation and service, and own P&L performance for multiple branches.

Lead high-performing teams, implement cost controls, and collaborate with regional leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget while promoting safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
5+ years of managerial experience (operations and sales) in electronic security or related industry.
P&L management experience at district level.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the district install/operations business plan with RVP and team.
Lead district team; ensure connectivity between sales, installation and service functions.
Coordinate between sales, district field and central operations for project scoping and execution.
