Lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and advance safety and efficiency while delivering superior customer service and growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading district/regional operations with P&L responsibility.
- Proven ability to manage and develop Project Managers and Installation Managers.
- Experience guiding technicians through direct and indirect leadership.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking and execution abilities.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes the district installation plan with Finance and Area leadership.
- Leads regional leadership to align sales and operations.
- Coordinates between sales, field, and central operations for scoping and execution of projects.
- Owns profitability targets across branches and city markets.
- Monitors and improves branch staff effectiveness, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
- Controls costs related to labor and subcontractors while enforcing project scope.
