Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales professional to lead the complex sales of the da Vinci Surgical System into hospitals in the Long Island area. The role requires building clinical and administrative support to drive adoption and growth.

Candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of capital medical equipment sales experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to travel up to 50%. Compensation is base plus commission with a target earnings around $350,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5+ years medical device sales.
• Knowledge of the operating room environment.
• Proven successful track record in capital medical equipment sales.
• Sales leadership experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience introducing new technologies to the market is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complex sales process of da Vinci systems into new hospitals and upgrades.
• Build surgeon and admin support, drive awareness, and sell system in territory.
• Transition initial sale to sales team for volume growth.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Develop local territory sales plan with Area Sales Director.
• Build surgical advocacy teams at hospitals.
• Establish relationships with CEO and senior admins.
• Organize and manage the sales process.
• Understand primary OR procedures.
• Make business case for system purchase.
• Resolve contractual issues and coordinate installation.
• Handle communications and follow-up.
