NCR Voyix is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Restaurants Tech Solutions in the Atlanta area. You will lead a regional sales team, drive new business, and manage full sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation.

The role requires strategic leadership, hospitality tech knowledge, and strong relationship-building with restaurant operators, including C-suite interactions. Competitive base salary starting at $90K–$110K with uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience with people management.
• Experience in payments processing, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
• Executive presence and strong negotiation skills.
• CRM fluency and Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to exceed regional revenue goals.
• Own and execute a regional sales strategy for new business and market expansion.
• Lead full-cycle sales: prospecting, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
• Build relationships with restaurant operators from GM level to C-suite.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and implementation teams.
• Represent NCR Voyix at industry events and trade shows.
