Abbott is seeking a Sales Executive to lead the vaccine-focused territory in India, with responsibilities spanning planning, demand generation, and fulfillment. The role emphasizes building and guiding a team of Territory Business Managers, ensuring implementation of marketing campaigns, and achieving target sales in the designated region.

You will coordinate stockists and CFAs, monitor inventory, and drive promotional activities while maintaining strong customer relationships and compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is Graduation. MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing would be a plus.
• Preferred Age: 35-40 years
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in vaccine business with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsabilités

• Plan beat plans and allocate targets for the region; monitor performance and drive secondary sales.
• Induct and onboard Territory Business Managers; provide strategic input to target planning and long-term vision.
• Manage demand generation with Abbott products; achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets; manage territory budgets.
