Ashworth, a global conveyor belt manufacturer, seeks a Regional Sales Account Manager in Winchester, VA, to grow key accounts across the North-Eastern US. Sell conveyor belts, monitoring systems, and service with a focus on customer relationships and technical support.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, 2+ years in industrial equipment sales in the food industry, and willingness to travel up to 60% from a remote home-office setup. Salary is $69k–$85k plus commission.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a technical field or equivalent sales experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial equipment sales in the food industry.
• Experience with food industry equipment such as spiral freezers, cookers or tunnel freezers is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ashworth conveyor belts, monitoring systems and service to North-Eastern US customers.
• Develop and grow strategic customer relationships and provide technical assistance.
• Audit conveyor systems, gather data, and recommend replacements or services.
• Enter sales activity in CRM and coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering, Sales and Finance.
• Travel up to 60% to customer sites and trade shows; support after-hours as needed.
