Job summary

Ashworth is hiring a Customer Solutions Account Manager in Winchester, Virginia. The role focuses on selling Ashworth conveyor belt products to existing customers and new leads, driving revenue, and managing technical inquiries.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of technical sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to support customers through CRM and cross-functional teams. This is an in-person Monday–Friday position based in Winchester.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical sales experience is required.
• Engineering/technical aptitude would be exceptional.
• Must be able to work extended hours during the work week to meet job requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ashworth products to existing customers and new leads.
• Develop accounts by calling prospects and following up on inquiries.
• Cross-sell and up-sell Ashworth belt products and promote service offerings.
• Log all sales calls into CRM and maintain accurate opportunity records.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering and Finance to support customers.
