Job summary

Dover Corp, via its PSG product line, seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth in refrigeration, HVAC/R, and cooling systems across the US. You will lead market development, build OEM and system-integrator partnerships, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to secure specifications and expand revenue.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, value-based solutions, and a strong field presence with significant travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience selling into refrigeration, HVAC/R, cooling systems, or related markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrated success developing OEM, system-integrator, engineering, contractor, direct customer, and end-user relationships.
• Strong technical and consultative sales capability, translating technical value into a commercial proposition.
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little supervision; willing to travel 50–75% domestically.
• Residence near a major metropolitan airport to support frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental US sales growth per plan via direct, OEM, representative, direct customer, and other channels.
• Use consultative selling focusing on customer applications, lifecycle value, and energy efficiency.
• Develop and execute route-to-market strategies for refrigeration and cooling-system OEMs and system integrators.
• Build relationships with OEMs, system integrators, A&E firms, contractors, and end users to create specification pull-through.
• Document successful strategies and market insights for marketing and sales enablement.
• Lead pipeline planning, goal setting, and opportunity qualification; manage budgets as needed.
