Fire-Dex, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and profitability for new and existing accounts from a home-based office.

This role requires extensive travel throughout the territory, including visits to the Medina, OH headquarters, and coordination with dealers and fire departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-step distribution, end-user selling, and distributor training, with a strong background in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems, plus proficiency in

Qualifications

• Must have sales territory management experience.
• Experience in multi-step distribution and end-user selling.
• Fire industry or public safety/government sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work from a home office and reside in the territory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data management capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage regional relationships with fire departments and distributors.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Act as a business advisor to distributor management.
• Conduct classroom and field training for distributor sales reps.
• Coordinate and support sales activities with dealers.
• Occasionally host dealer/customer visits to headquarters/factory.
• Record and update competitive data and sales strategies.
• Travel 110–130 days per year with 90–100 overnights.
