Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering, industrial distribution, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Travel up to 40% with overnight stays
• Industry experience in gearing or reducer industries desired

Responsibilities

• Review and update sales territory plans and set sales goals.
• Prepare and conduct sales presentations to new and existing customers.
• Grow territory sales with distributor reps and direct OEM accounts.
• Determine customer requirements and recommend products.
• Negotiate price and terms per standard procedures.
• Prepare quotations and communicate with customers.
• Submit timely sales, call and expense reports.
• Explain product installation, use and maintenance to customers.
