Job summary

NORD Gear Corporation is seeking a driven sales professional to promote and grow territory revenue across end-user and OEM accounts in Texas. You will partner with distributors and direct customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and close orders.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of outside sales experience in the power transmission or drives industries, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed to meet customers and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Education: 4-Year Degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years outside sales in power transmission or drives industries.

Responsibilities

• Review and update sales territory plans and set goals.
• Prepare and conduct product presentations for customers.
• Grow territory sales with distributors and end-user accounts.
• Identify customer requirements to recommend products.
• Negotiate prices and terms per procedures.
• Prepare quotations and communicate them to customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service on communication strategies.
• Travel as required to meet customers and close sales.
