• Skills: ability to learn MAXXDRIVE tech and provide solution-focused sales.
• Attributes: strong communication, organization, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAXXDRIVE sales activities within a defined region.
• Develop and implement regional MAXXDRIVE sales strategy.
• Identify, qualify, and develop target accounts, generating close-ready opportunities.
• Provide pre-sale selection and application assistance for MAXXDRIVE products.
• Coordinate with District Sales Managers and engineering team.
• Maintain CRM and report progress to leadership.
