Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager in Irvine, CA to drive regional revenue, lead Account Managers, and build strategic relationships with physicians and health systems. The role focuses on market development, customer adoption, and operational excellence while maintaining Stryker’s commitment to patient care.

You will own regional forecasts, develop plans to expand market share, and guide teams across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Training, Finance and HR to overcome

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred.
• Preferable, previous experience in peripheral vascular space.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share and relationships.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback.
• Monitor activity, pipeline, account penetration, and productivity.
• Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings.
