Job summary

Simparo Surgical seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share in an assigned territory. You will lead distributor and direct sales, build strong clinical relationships with hand and orthopedic surgeons, and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed targets.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will forecast regional pipeline, train and coach reps, collaborate with marketing on launches, and ensure efficient case logistics while maintaining CRM discipline and

Qualifications

5+ years of medical device sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences.
2+ years of sales leadership or distributor management.
Experience in orthopedics, extremities, or surgical implants preferred.
Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop regional growth plans and manage distributors/direct reps.
Build relationships with hand surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, and key opinion leaders.
Forecast regional pipeline and manage CRM reporting.
Collaborate with marketing on regional programs and surgeon development.
Ensure appropriate inventory levels and product utilization.
