Job summary

Ossium Health, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager, Orthopedics to lead sales and commercial efforts across a defined Midwest territory.

You will meet with surgeons and staff to promote Ossigraft biologics, provide education, and support clinical adoption with in-service training and OR coverage as needed. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, build strategic relationships with hospitals, ASCs, and clinics, and collaborate with marketing and leadership to execute the commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales in the biologics space.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage in high-level medical discussions.
• Experience selling into operating rooms and hospital environments preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and territory planning capabilities.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region (50-75%).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regional sales strategy for Ossigraft portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and clinics.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons and clinical staff.
• Provide product education, training, and in-service support to clinical teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align initiatives.
• Analyze regional metrics and develop action plans to optimize results.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM documentation.
