Job summary

Clinical Search Group, LLC seeks a Regional Distribution Manager to drive sales growth across a multi-state territory for medical devices. This hands-on role leads a network of 1099 independent sales representatives and distribution partners, while maintaining direct field engagement with hospitals and ambulatory care facilities.

You will recruit, train, and manage the regional reps, collaborate with distributors to accelerate product adoption, and develop strategic plans to expand market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device or consumable sales experience.
• Experience selling into acute care or ambulatory markets.
• Proven track record managing multi-state territories.
• Experience working with independent reps or distributor networks.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on sales professional; able to close and lead.
• Willingness to travel regularly in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales and revenue growth across the assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, ambulatory facilities, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Recruit, develop, and manage 1099 independent sales representatives within the region.
• Work closely with distribution partners to increase product adoption and market penetration.
• Provide field support, product training, and sales direction to independent representatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic territory growth plans.
• Maintain strong visibility in the field and accountability for regional sales performance.
