SPR seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales across a multi-state territory, including Louisiana. You will create and maintain account and territory plans, and build relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.

The role emphasizes startup-style initiative, clinical knowledge, and collaboration with surgeons at Grand Rounds and poster presentations. Requires 3+ years in orthopedic or medical device sales, a bachelor’s degree, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Formación

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Ability to concept-sell novel products.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and leading teams.
