Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join a fast-paced team in the orthopedic space. This entry-level role supports the sales team to reach territory goals while building strong customer relationships.

The Associate Sales Representative will assist with sales strategies, communications, and surgical case logistics, with growth opportunities in a high-performance, relationship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated sales success in a competitive B2B industry.
• Willingness to learn technical information related to surgery and procedures.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to put in the effort.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid US driver's license with clean record and travel in/around Durham.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support the assigned sales team in achieving territory sales goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physician assistants, nurses and other stakeholders.
• Assist with delivery and management of instruments and implants for surgical cases.
• Participate in training programs related to sales, products and industry knowledge.
• Maintain understanding of the orthopedic product portfolio (shoulder, trauma, knee, hip, orthobiologics, equipment).
• Communicate product updates and offerings to customers.
• Assist with executing sales plans and marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Support new product introductions and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop selling skills through mentorship and hands-on experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and ethical standards.
• Maintain credentialing for access to healthcare facilities.
