Qualifications

• 3 years: 3–7+ years leading outside sales teams with growth.
• 7 years: 7–12+ years of B2B sales in distribution/wholesale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Outside Sales Team with clear expectations.
• Own regional growth plan and translate to rep goals.
• Manage KPI-driven pipeline, forecasting, and reviews.
• Protect margin through pricing and disciplined growth.
• Coordinate field and branch selling as One-Team.
• Drive customer experience and retention across the region.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
