Venturi Supply is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead multiple Outside Sales Reps across branches, drive sales targets, and support margins. The role collaborates with Branch Managers and internal teams to achieve annual regional plans and strong customer partnerships.

The position requires 5+ years of leadership in sales, a bachelor’s degree, and ERP/CRM proficiency. A data-driven mindset and strategic collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years leading highly effective sales teams.
• Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Distribution-specific ERP systems skills, preferably P21.
• Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal).
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented work style with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leads and motivates Outside Sales Reps to achieve performance goals.
• Sets clear objectives and expectations for team members.
• Provides coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Acts as liaison between upper management and staff.
• Analyzes performance metrics and identifies areas for improvement.
