With 7+ years in wholesale distribution or municipal sales, you will recruit and develop talent, manage pricing with vendors, and partner with management to align plans with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 7+ years in related field.
• Experience in wholesale distribution and municipal sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly participate in sales calls to strengthen customer relationships and uncover growth opportunities.
• Work with management to analyze strategies affecting growth and finances.
• Develop sales programs and set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit goals.
• Communicate and negotiate pricing and product availability with top regional vendors.
• Lead and develop the sales force; recruit and train direct reports.
• Train management on sales procedures.
