Core & Main is seeking a senior sales leader to oversee municipal accounts focusing on Meters and PVF, leading a regional team to exceed sales and profit goals. You will manage pricing strategy and coordinate with vendors across a broad municipal and contractor base.

The role requires a strong background in wholesale distribution sales, strategic pricing, and team development, with travel as needed to support regional markets.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline required.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in related field.
• Strong background in sales management within wholesale distribution.

Responsabilités

• Directly participate in sales calls with direct reports to strengthen customer relationships and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Work with management and the sales force to analyze business strategies affecting growth and finances.
• Develop sales programs and track performance; plan, forecast, and establish monthly/quarterly/annual sales and profit goals for the regional sales team.
• Communicate and negotiate special pricing and product availability with top vendors in the region.
• Manage and develop the sales force; recruit and train direct reports in sales techniques, time management, decision making, and market dynamics.
