Core & Main is seeking an experienced municipal sales leader to oversee sales for Meters and PVF products. You will lead and develop a regional municipal sales team, manage pricing strategy, and align sales objectives with company goals.

The role requires a strong background in wholesale distribution, PVF product knowledge, and a track record of achieving sales targets. Travel and client engagement will be frequent to drive growth.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline; typically 7+ years in a related field.
• Strong background in sales management within wholesale distribution.
• Experience selling PVF products or technical meters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal sales efforts on Meters and PVF products.
• Develop and execute sales programs; set monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
• Analyze strategies affecting growth and finances with management.
• Negotiate pricing and product availability with top regional vendors.
• Recruit, train and mentor the regional sales team.
• Train management on sales procedures and processes.
