Job summary

CountryPlace Mortgage, a Plano, TX-based lender, seeks a Senior Loan Officer to grow our Originations Department in our local office. You will collaborate with Processors, Underwriting, and Compliance to manage relationships with retailers and partners, guiding borrowers from application to closing with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with multi-tasking.
• 3 years of Manufactured Housing Loan Officer experience OR 5+ years of Loan Officer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with retailers by originating loans and providing high quality service.
• Guide borrowers through the loan process from application to closing.
• Explain different loan options to borrowers and retailers; turn denials into approvals where possible.
