Job summary

IQSIGHT is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Midwest to own all sales activity across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, South Dakota, and North Dakota. This is a remote role with up to 70% travel and requires residency within the territory.

The ideal candidate will hunt for new opportunities, manage channel partners, and drive both run-rate business and larger projects. Strong communication, industry knowledge, and the ability to close deals are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of industry experience, preferably with a manufacturer.
• Strong communication skills and ability to generate and close business.
• Willing to travel 50-70% and reside within the district they represent.
• Industry affiliations and certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own all sales activity within assigned territory, including new business, existing customers, and channel partners.
• Actively hunt for new opportunities while maintaining focus on run-rate and projects.
• Develop relationships with end users, integrators, distributors, and ACE within the territory.
• Identify, qualify, and drive complex video security opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Regional Directors and Vertical Sales Managers to align territory execution.
• Travel within the territory (70%) to support meetings and opportunities.
