Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive performance across the Trauma, Emergency Medicine, and Vascular portfolios in the Southeast. You will lead a field-based team of sales representatives, coach them, and implement regional strategies to grow adoption of Arrow, EZ-IO, QuikClot, and PICC/arterial lines.

The role emphasizes acute care hospital markets, requires 70% travel, and demands strong cross-functional collaboration, market insight, and a proven medical device sales record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales management role within medical devices.
• Proven success in Emergency Medicine, ICU, OR, and Vascular Access sales environments.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic selling, negotiation, and team leadership.
• Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and growth-oriented organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing regional sales team to achieve ambitious targets with strategic clarity and purpose.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive adoption of key products, including Arrow® EZ-IO®, QuikClot®, Arrow Central Lines, PICC Lines, and Arterial Lines.
• Navigate complex sales environments across multiple call points and product lines within a single team.
• Cultivate relationships with hospital stakeholders and decision-makers to support long-term growth.
• Coach field members through regular visits, identify opportunities, and accelerate regional performance.
• Partner with Corporate Accounts to align regional contracting strategies and initiatives.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and manage regional resources for maximum efficiency and impact.
