Job summary

Endologix is seeking a Principal Area Manager to lead regional commercial execution, driving adoption of the peripheral vascular portfolio and sustainable revenue growth. You’ll oversee territory performance, develop strategic plans, and partner with physicians, hospital systems, and clinical teams to deliver high‑value patient care.

You will coach field teams, align with Therapy Development Specialists, and act as a trusted clinical and business advisor to customers while expanding therapy

Qualifications

• Strong strategic communication to interpret business drivers and SBPlans.
• Proven territory management with focus on growth and adoption.
• Clinical mastery as a PTAB procedure expert and consultative support.
• Ability to influence, lead teams, and foster a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial execution to drive therapy adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Medical Education, Finance and other teams.
• Pursue ongoing education in PTAB procedures and PAD disease states.
• Complete forecasting, business planning, Salesforce documentation and inventory management.
• Provide proactive physician support and high-quality in-procedure guidance.
